Start with the task.
Finding information, drafting a response and updating a business record are different tasks. Define the work and the acceptable result before deciding which capability to use.
Understand what delegation means.
An agent that can act needs a defined scope, suitable permissions and a person responsible for the workflow. The useful question is what authority you are giving it.
Look beyond the demonstration.
A promising example is one step. Integration, evaluation, adoption and operating cost also shape whether a system becomes useful in daily work.
Keep the human role meaningful.
A person reviewing an action needs enough context to make a judgment and a practical way to intervene. Decide where approval, escalation and stopping the process belong.

How can I judge whether an AI idea is useful?
Describe the task, the desired result and how you will evaluate it. Then consider the data, workflow and human responsibilities needed to make that result dependable.
What changes when AI can take action?
Permissions and accountability become concrete design questions. The team needs to know what an agent may change, who reviews exceptions and how to stop the workflow.
Choose one task. Separate what AI can suggest from what it may do. Define what a person needs to review.
